Overview
Current transformers are critical to measuring AC power that flows through the transmission lines. Newtek nylon casing current transformers come with a casing of nylon 66 flame retardant material, which makes them more resistant to fire and capable of performing in high temperatures. Nylon casing CTs have a much shorter lead time and yet, have a longer service life and better performance, especially in places such as cement plants where there is high amount of dust.
